Riva del Garda Uliva is a selection from Frantoio di Riva and recognized by Slow Food. Uliva is pressed from early harvest 100% Casaliva olives that are picked in the very first stages of maturation and pressed at the beginning of the season (generally before 10th November). The characteristics of the young olives are preserved in the resulting oil, which has a notable fresh, crisp taste as well as an accompanying grassy nose. Recommendations: Salads with bitter greens (radicchio and arugula), Roasted and Grilled Vegetables, Beef and beef stews, Aged Cheeses, and to finish soups and pizza.
